The congress brings together researchers who develop and apply measurement instruments in education and psychology, and who make decisions with the data they produce. This year's theme is the use of large-scale assessment data in policy decisions.
The programme consists of invited talks, oral sessions, poster presentations and two hands-on workshops. Workshops require separate registration.
